These terms of use govern your access to and use of the websites at retailmediarev.com and demo.retailmediarev.com (the "Site"), operated by Retail Media Revolution Ltd ("RMR", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Media buying, partnership and other commercial services are provided under separate written agreements. Where those agreements conflict with these terms, the written agreement prevails.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected database;
• introduce malware, scrape or harvest data in bulk, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• use our forms or feedback tools to send unsolicited, abusive, defamatory or unlawful content;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organisation.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time to protect it or our users.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photography, video, layouts and software, are owned by or licensed to RMR and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation but may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Brand names, logos and campaign imagery shown in case studies and network pages belong to their respective owners and are shown to illustrate work delivered. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of RMR by those brands beyond the campaigns described.

We aim to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but information about networks, audiences, locations, screen counts and campaign results is provided for general information only and may change. Figures quoted in case studies reflect the specific campaign and period described and are not a guarantee of future results.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Any proposal, rate card or availability is subject to written confirmation.

When you submit an enquiry, feedback or subscribe to our newsletter, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting feedback or suggestions you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the Site and our services, without any obligation to you.

The Site may link to or embed content from third-party sites and services (for example LinkedIn, Google Maps or video hosts). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice, and may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing prevents us from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
